Originally from Ukraine, Sofiia relocated to the United States three years ago seeking safety and stability for her family during the war. Her journey has shaped her resilience, focus, and deep appreciation for the importance of home, security, and long-term financial independence. Before moving to the U.S., Sofiia spent seven years as a Branch Director for a wholesale engineering and plumbing supply company, working closely with large construction firms and utility companies. This experience gave her a strong foundation in contract negotiation, operations, and high-stakes decision-making.
In the United States, Sofiia worked for nearly three years as a Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank in Bellevue Crossroads. In this role, she helped clients navigate complex financial decisions, develop long-term strategies, and build financial confidence—skills that translate seamlessly into real estate advising. She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping her with advanced analytical insight and a strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategy, and wealth-building through real estate.
