I'm Ray Spieldenner, a Real Estate Advisor serving the Greater Seattle area. Real estate had been on my radar for a long time before I made the leap, and once I decided to go all in, I knew it was the right move — I wanted a career built on real growth and real relationships, not just a paycheck, and real estate gave me exactly that path forward.
I'm Washington born and raised — my mom's family is from here, and my dad grew up in Ohio, which gives me a mix of Pacific Northwest roots and Midwest values. My heritage traces back to German, Austrian, and Irish backgrounds. I grew up in a big, close-knit family when you count everyone — I'm the youngest of five siblings — and today I share my life with my girlfriend. If you ask anyone who knows me, they'll probably mention my love of cars and driving pretty quickly; it's a passion of mine, traffic notwithstanding.
Education
I'm a graduate of Highline Big Picture High School and went on to earn my Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Business from The Evergreen State College. I completed my real estate education through the Rockwell Institute.

I'm tech-savvy and punctual, so you can count on clear communication and a process that respects your time. My philosophy is simple: work smarter, not harder. I'm known for being compassionate and easy to talk to, but also for locking in and getting serious exactly when it matters most. I bring a genuine sense of humor to the process too — buying or selling a home is a big deal, and I believe it doesn't have to feel heavy the whole way through. Clients and colleagues alike tell me I have a knack for keeping people motivated and moving forward, even when a transaction gets stressful.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, you'll usually find me around cars — whether that's driving, working on them, or just talking about them. I fish when it's in season, love traveling with friends and family, and enjoy a good movie or TV binge as much as anyone. I also make time to get out to events and bars with friends, because staying connected to the people I care about matters to me just as much as my career.
