I'm Morgan Dalton, a Real Estate Broker at Tribeca NW Real Estate. What drew me to this career was simple: I love building relationships with people, and there's nothing more rewarding than guiding someone through one of life's most significant milestones — buying or selling a home.
I'm California-born and raised in LA's San Fernando Valley, but the Pacific Northwest has been calling my name since I was a kid. Growing up in SoCal, I spent most of my summers up in Seattle visiting my dad and stepmom, and I always knew I'd end up here permanently one day. My wife, our rescue cocker spaniel, and I recently made that move official, relocating to Seattle from Tulsa, Oklahoma, where my wife and I met four years ago. Getting to finally call the PNW home feels like coming full circle.

My strengths center on communication, marketing, and negotiation — but at the heart of it all is rapport building. I'm highly personable, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients so I can represent their interests with real understanding, not just a transaction mindset. I'm emotionally intelligent, and I bring a high level of integrity and compassion to every relationship I build, whether it's with a client, a colleague, or another agent across the table.
I lead with kindness and treat everyone equally with respect — I look for the good in this world and try to bring optimism and positivity into every interaction. I'm also quick-witted with a great sense of humor, and I pride myself on being able to connect with people from all walks of life. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and I do my best to make the process feel human, warm, and even a little fun along the way.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, you'll usually find me outdoors with my wife and our cocker spaniel, Gracie, or planning our next trip to explore a new city. I love catching a baseball game in the summer, and when the weather turns, I'm just as happy with a cozy night in and something good cooking on the stove.
