As the child of a Vietnam-era Navy veteran, I grew up as a third-culture kid, raised alongside my three brothers across the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. Navigating cultures that looked nothing alike taught me how to find common ground anywhere. Nine years ago, my family made the move across the Cascades from Central Washington to settle in the Seattle area, and this community has been home ever since. Today, I combine that global perspective with localized expertise in buyer and seller representation, pricing strategy, comparative market analysis (CMA), and high-stakes contract negotiation.

At home, I practice the art of bonsai and tend to a large collection of plants, finding a quiet reverence in caring for things that reward patience. My family is the ultimate "why" underneath everything I do. My husband and I have built a beautiful life together over the past 20 years, and our greatest joy is our son, Romeo, who is a talented classical pianist. Rounding out our household are our two chihuahuas, Tails and Snickers, who have firmly appointed themselves the guardians of our home.
