As a real estate broker with over 10 years of experience, Jerome views faithful and diligent representation of clients as an invaluable service during one of life’s ground note moments, buying or selling a home or investment property. “I am passionate about being the one assertively and empathetically advocating for you regarding the analytics and investment side of transactions and negotiating, advising, and watching over the process as a whole for you.”
Jerome joined the Tribeca NW real estate team because, “just as the real estate industry evolves to become more effective, so do I. Along with my years of experience and skills pricing, negotiating, and navigating transactions, I want for my clients the best use of technology and networking for marketing campaigns and communication with other agents, buyers and sellers, and beyond.”
Jerome is homegrown from the Capital Hill area of Seattle. He graduated from Western Washington University, earned his post graduate degree from Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN, and has taught locally in public and private schools for over ten years. He loves exercise, good football, and sports in general; “I grew up in a sports family and am proud of my roots”. Jerome also enjoys home DIY projects, reading theology, and values spending time with his wife, children, and step-children.
Born and raised in Seattle, living in Snoqualmie, and with an office in Bellevue, Jerome’s sphere of expertise and service includes the greater Seattle area, Bellevue and surrounding areas, and the I-90 corridor to North Bend.
Believing strongly that having a home is a part of the inherent dignity of being human, Jerome donates a portion of every transaction to Habitat for Humanity.
