I'm Jeniel Dunkley, a real estate agent bringing energy, adaptability, and a genuine love of learning to every client I work with. I've always believed in saying yes to new challenges and growing from them, and getting licensed in real estate was my way of putting that belief into action — diving into a field where I get to help people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
I was born and raised in Jamaica, where I grew up speaking patois alongside English, and that upbringing shaped who I am today. By the time I was five, all four of my older siblings — each at least ten years older than me — had already left home, so I was essentially raised as an only child. At eleven, I moved in with my grandmother, and at sixteen, I made the big move to the United States. Those transitions taught me early on how to adapt, stay open, and keep moving forward — a mindset I carry with me every day. My personal motto is simple: life moves on. I try to meet every change, challenge, and new chapter with that same steady perspective.
Education
I'm currently attending Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington, continuing to build my education alongside my real estate career. I'm a graduate of Kingston High School in Kingston, Washington.

I'm decisive and deliberate, which means I take my work seriously and think things through carefully before I act. Above all, I'm adaptable, and after a childhood spent adjusting to new homes, new countries, and new circumstances, very little rattles me. That flexibility translates directly into how I support clients: I meet people where they are and adjust to what they need.
One of my unique strengths is my artistic eye — I'm genuinely good at making art, and that creative sensibility shows up in how I see a home's potential and present it to others.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, I love reading, cooking, baking, sightseeing, painting, creating fun crafts, and listening to music. Whether I'm in the kitchen or exploring a new place, I bring the same curiosity and attention to detail to everything I do.
