Hi, I’m Derrick Brown. I’m a real estate broker serving clients across King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. I was born and raised in Bellevue, and growing up here gave me a lifelong appreciation for the Pacific Northwest and a deep familiarity with our local neighborhoods, from Bellevue and the Eastside to the greater Seattle area.

Before starting my career as a licensed real estate agent, I spent seven years working directly in property management. That background gave me an incredibly solid foundation in managing relationships, resolving complicated housing issues, and coordinating contracts. I spent those years learning how to negotiate and protect my clients' interests. Today, I use that experience to guide clients through the buying and selling process, making sure you feel completely supported and confident at every turn.

My path started locally at Issaquah High School before I went on to study at Washington State University. For me, real estate is about being someone dependable you can actually count on during major life transitions. I believe in being honest and building genuine relationships by always putting your needs first. I want the process of finding or selling your home to be smooth, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun.

One of my biggest strengths is simply making people feel comfortable and heard. After years in property management, I’ve learned to stay patient and solution-focused when challenges come up. Outside of work, I stay closely connected with my family, including my mom and sister in West Seattle and my dad in the Bay Area. At home, I'm usually hanging out with my two cats, Frank and Charlie. If you ever get me near a karaoke machine, I am always willing to grab the mic and have a good time—I might not sound like a professional, but I think that positive, approachable energy is exactly what makes me easy to work with.
