My approach to real estate is built on a foundation of high-stakes experience. Before transitioning into the housing market, I spent four years in the Canadian military and two years in management at Amazon. Those roles taught me that success in any competitive environment comes down to three things: timing, organization, and clear communication. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or navigating a complex relocation, I bring a level of grit and precision that ensures you never miss an opportunity.
I am a UBC graduate with a major in Psychology and a minor in Economics. This background allows me to handle the "people" side of a negotiation with empathy while keeping a sharp eye on the economic data that drives the Washington market.

Real estate is personal for me. My family immigrated from China with nothing, and I watched my father work relentlessly to build a life for us here. That legacy of hard work is what drives me today. I’m proud of my roots, and I treat every client’s journey with the same level of respect my father put into building our family’s future.
I operate on two guiding principles: trust and respect. I believe that trust is earned and respect follows suit. When I take on a client, I’m 110% committed to making sure you receive the best possible outcomes.
Outside the Office
When I’m not analyzing market trends or touring homes, I’m usually pushing my limits elsewhere. I’m a dedicated weightlifter, I’ve worked my way up to a 325 lb bench press, and that same drive to hit a new "max" is exactly how I approach finding the right deal for my clients.
I’ve also had a lifelong passion for cars; there’s something about the mechanics and design of a well-built machine that I’ve always appreciated. Living in the Bellevue area, I make it a priority to stay connected to my family and friends, usually over a good beer and a great conversation. I’m an outgoing person by nature, and I truly believe that building a strong community starts with small acts, like helping out those in need or just being the guy who makes sure our local streets stay clean. For me, life is about balance: working hard for my clients and showing up fully for the people/hobbies that keep me motivated.
