I'm Colin Stephens, the Director of Sales at Tribeca NW Real Estate. After a career in film, I fell into real estate and then fell in love with real estate. What drew me in, and continues to fuel me today, is the entrepreneurial spirit of agents—people who are willing to bet on themselves and build a life and business they love. Similar to filmmaking, the real estate industry attracts dreamers, doers, and underdogs.
Before stepping into my role at Tribeca NW, I wore many hats in the real estate industry. Most recently I spent several years as a real estate coach and had the great fortune to accrue 1,200+ hours coaching agents. I found a deep passion for helping people discover what’s possible in their life and how they may be getting in their own way. Handing people the road map to success is a great honor. Encouraging them along the path is a great joy.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Film from Chapman University and am currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. My diverse upbringing, moving every two years, has given me a deep respect for different cultures and experiences, shaping how I lead and connect with others.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching movies, exercising, and spending time with my family. I'm also passionate about acting in theater and film. As a husband, a father of two daughters and the owner of two cats and a dog, my life is full of purpose, patience and laughter
